🎈Just blow up a balloon and cover it with pieces of torn 1-ply paper towels or napkins and liquid glue diluted with water. (A paintbrush makes this part easier). 🖌️🖌️🖌️ Once you’ve added a few layers of paper towels or napkins and glue, you can begin to add bits of nature (flower, petals, ferns, clover, etc). You can also add stickers, sequins, glitter, or whatever you’d like. Now, cover with a very thin layer of tissue paper and glue. 🌼🪻🌺 Let dry really well overnight, pop the balloon, and reshape your lantern.
